Horde Help with a new build?

Pretend I have no idea what i'm doing... because that's probably mostly true

**Note** I already have a very good SSD still in it's box, so i don't need that included

Budget: Anywhere between $1000 and $2000 depending on suggestions
    Resolution: 1920x1080
Games / Settings Desired: I play mainly things like WoW, arma, plan on maybe GTA 5, things like that so I don't play super high intensive games but if possible within this range then great!
Any other intensive software or special things you do (Frequent video encoding, 3D modeling, etc): possibility of streaming or local recording with OBS or other software with ease is a plus.
    Country: USA
Parts that can be reused: SSD as stated above - would prefer a NZXT case
Do you need an OS?: Sure, lets do it

    My current PC for comparison:

    CPU
    AMD FX-8350 CPU (8x 4.00GHz/8MB L2 Cache)
    CPU Cooler
    CORSAIR Hydro Series H60
    Motherboard
    Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3 -- AMD 970
    Memory
    16 GB [4 GB X4] DDR3-2133
    Storage
    2 TB HARD DRIVE -- 64M Cache, 7200rpm, 6.0Gb/s
    Video Card
    AMD Radeon HD 7850
    Case
CoolerMaster HAF 922 Gaming Case - Black

All you will ever need for 1080p gaming. PSU is massive overkill but that isnt a bad thing, its on a crazy sale (its usually like 140 bucks). The GPU i had to link manually it isnt tracking the price correctly on pcpartpicker, its 209.00 and an extra 20 off with mail in rebate, its the best 1060 model as well. I excluded quite a few vendors, only included amazon, newegg, b+h and ncix US, the rest of the vendors on that site are sketchy and usually add shipping.

this system will do what you want, allow for overclocking, and have the extra overhead fore if you get into serious streaming and video editing.
**NOTE: at the time of forming this list no 1080's were available so the 1070 is a place holder **

The cpu is intel, and if you are playing at 1080p resolution there is no reason to spend over 200 bucks on a GPU the gtx 1060 will play any game on the market at ultra. You are just wasting money on a 1080 if you dont have a 1440p or high hertz monitor.

If you want a GTX 1080, upgrade your monitor too, you dont need a GTX 1080 with a 1080p monitor. Here you have a config with the GTX 1080, 27' 1440p 144Hz monitor with G-sync and NZXT high quality liquid CPU cooler.

Video showing this NZXT case with this NZXT liquid cooler working:

I will be upgrading monitors, I just want the GPU so that I have that out of the way and can upgrade down the line a few months
