Bring back cosmetic items like Savory Deviate Delight to Random BGs

Alot ppl was using them since TBC in Random bgs, like Savory Deviate Delight that convert your char into Human Pirate/Ninja doesnt gives any advantage.

Players was using it only for looks and human animations.

Noggenfogger elixir gives small advantage vs few spells like Mage spell steal but it wasnt game breaking.

Ppl used to it on class combos like Tauren Druid for having Skeleton animations or smaller char, because when you playing Tauren or, Tauren moomkin which is even bigger, on small laptop screen your chars blocks alot of the view.

Toys from toys tab probably still works but most of them doesnt persist thought death. And pre 7.1 it was possible to use items like Savory Deviate Delight multiple times in case if you died.

Removing this items also have potential for increasing number of ppl using 3rd party programs like Tmorph.

im fairly certain that this is a thing that i am indifferent about. but posting to keep an eye on the thread as i do care to see what others think.
