i have noticed lately that my legendary cloak does less damage than before. with full stacks the tooltip says that it will hit for 400k, but that never happens.

instead with full stacks it hits for 270-300k. was it nerfed recently?

It hits ok for me. 400K normally and 553k crit.

hmmm how can the normal hit be 400k and the crit be 500k?

It's a physical hit, and is therefore reduced by armor. This is not reflected in the tooltip for any physical ability.

Tooltips Never accounted for eventual defenses of the target. Did you ever hit for tooltip damage? Because that's very unlikely

Unlikely for physical damage*
It's fine for Shadow damage (or Nature).
