Elaborate Planning & Pandemic: mind blown

I just noticed that the Elaborate Planning Buff does not benefit from the Pandemic mechanic when it is being refreshed.

It means it can never be extended past it's 100% base duration of 5sec, which leads to quite a bit of clipping!

That sucks a lot in my opinion.

i like it, i find fun to try to maximize surge of toxin & elaborate planning(that are basically the same thing).
and for the same reason i find boring hemo. no minigame on maximize rupture 2.0 aka modified mutilate :|

Track it. Use WeakAuras or similar

Envenom right as it runs out.

Would it not be better to intentionally clip it for the last .1 seconds or so just to gain the damage benefits on the envenom/any poison procs?

That's what I have been doing, the same way you played with the envenom buff.
