What is the reason Gateway can not be setup before game starts?

Why can't you just download a bot to carry you to gladiator?

You should know which comps will stop you from using gateway, and you should spec accordingly. This move requires skill, making it so gateway is set up before the game would be taking all of the skill away (WHICH IS VERY A VERY MINIMAL AMOUNT OF SKILL). These things are small, but they all add up to why some people are better than others. I honestly hope this is a troll post....
