Damn good choice with Top Man's theme but I much prefer the Mega Drive version of all MM3's OST.
I have too many to realistically list but I'll just post a few of my all time favorites:

It used to be Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask, then Transistor came out and I was blown away by the soundtrack.
I love Warcraft, I dislike WoW

I can't decide. Star Ocean 2's soundtrack comes to mind pretty quickly though.
I'm not really sure about the first track here (first 5 minutes or so) and don't actually remember it from the game, unless it was some intro that I always skipped before the start/menu screen. It sounds kinda out of place to me anyway, more like the intro song for an anime or something. Everything after that fits the game quite well.
