Is there a way for anyone to tell if the next patch will fix Human Male faces?

So, I only just decided to login today, and noticed my character looking radically different.

Turns out, Human Males' faces are bugged, and after doing some research, apparently have been for some time.

Curious if anyone has a way of testing if this is being fixed in the next patch (is it on PTR yet?), or if I need to spam the forums and Devs' twitter accounts to bring light to it?

The patch is on the PTR, so I suggest you login and find out. And then tell us the results.

For what's it worth, since 7.1 i've noticed that my face type on male human is all grim and serious, even though pre-7.1 it was the only one that had barely noticeable smile.
On 7.2 ptr my dk dude is smiling again.
