Doom Winds Macro Help

Currently using this:

#showtooltip Stormstrike
/cast Doom Winds
/cast Stormstrike

It casts Doom Winds on cooldown whenever I cast StormStrike.

Is there a way to add a conditional where it only casts Doom Winds if Stormbringer is active? If not then just cast Stormstrike without first casting Doom Winds

Its not possible to check buff in macros like this.
