What if magic was real? It does not matter. It's a stupid question people should just stop making, like what is the meaning of life?
Jump into a black hole, since any simulation without infinite processing power wouldn't be able to simulate it
It would make absolutely zero difference.
This post nailed it.

That's a difficult one, because what could we actually do with this information?
Say we are in a simulation, the laws of physics still apply, we still die when extremely hurt, we still feel pain.
There's no re-spawn button (as far as we know). So sadly we could very well be in a simulation and be helpless to fix it.
At best you could become that crazy guy on the street with a cardboard sign yelling that our world is a facade, or just accept it and move through life as you would in a simulation game.

Nah we are all asleep in the matrix food for the machines.
*sigh* I knew someone would make me post this someday, I just didn't think it would be you, Genn.
I like these what ifs.
Like what if between every second time stopped for 100 years. How would we know?
And what if we are just a minuscule DNA molecule in some huge persons spine or something (cuz the whole galaxies looking like something incredibly close up).
*EDIT Here is what I was referring to
TL;DR
So much fun thinking about how futile we are.

"These so called speed humps are a joke. If anything, they slow you down. "
There was a mathematician that used math to conclude that the odds of us being part of a simulation was higher than not. This is reasoned with the notion that humanity one day will be capable enough to make a simulator that can simulate entire universes, and that makes the odds of being in a simulated universe higher than being the universe that will one day be capable of making those simulation.
It is a tongue cheek way of using math, it is the same that math puts a divine being like God to be more likely of existing than not existing.
Then something would be simulated. I guess a few dimensions would also be missing within this simulation.
Would simulated alcohol get you liquored up? If you were a sim?

I think I said it the last time someone brought this topic up:
If that is the case then someone show me the admin console. Pretty please?
