auto hotkey helps with any classs
BM hunter or havoc DH
Dont play surival hunter.
I think there were a lot of good suggestions, but the most important being: it might not be as much what class you play, but how you are interacting with the game.
I main a brewmaster monk which has a high apm compared to most classes. On M Bot last night I was around 70 cpm. (For a nice comparison, our BM hunter had 44 cpm on the same fight.) I am able to sustain this by using a Logitech MMO mouse which has a built in modifier button. Another HUGE help is that I use the mouse scroll wheel for my main two abilities. So for nearly 50% of my casts I'm simply moving the mouse wheel forward or back. This is also nice for "spamming" an ability. No mashing of keys, just a nice smooth scrolling motion. I almost never need to move my left hand from the wasd keys. Another item which could help is a gamepad - I have a Logitech G13 that I use off and on. It helps with the ergonomics and gives you more options. On that thought, do you use a 10-key keyboard? My main one is without a numberpad so that my arms can be at a narrower angle while playing. It might also be worth considering the position of your body as you play. Do you lean back? Forward? Are your arms on your desk? The armrests of your chair? What angles are they?
A more extreme option (which I have not tried), is to setup WoW to use a console controller. There is an addon, ConsolePort, which allows you to map all of your movement & bindings and play using just a PS4/Xbox/etc controller. I haven't used it, but there are videos of people raiding with it.
Good luck!
I'd say Affliction Lock.
While some melee have a lower APM, all melee have to be moving constantly which adds to amount gestures you are inputting.
Affliction also has better ability to self heal and "stand in bad" than some other classes.
Affliction warlock can afford to not move as much thanks to self-healing.
BM hunter without Killer Cobra is relaxed.
I find that the best road to take, was my Razer Naga mouse. ALL classes are easy on the wrist and arm with this mouse.
I'd love to know that macro. He plays at the very top percentile at those numbers.
BM hunter and use something like a Razer Naga or a G600 i have a G600 and i play wow with pretty much one hand.
Its even possible to macro the whole BM rotation to one button using a enhanced macros addon.
That way you only need to mash one button or set it to repeat while pressed or toggled in the Logitech software.
But even without that the rotation is super chill i still recommend a MMO mouse tho i started out with a naga when it first came out and i cant see my self ever using a none MMO mouse anymore.
I didn't read the whole thread but if anyone else has suggested it try a Sin Rogue. I've played rogues in all 3 specs since vanilla and Sin is the easiest on my fingers. Outlaw is way too spammy. I used to have a key repeat macro setup for the old Sinister Strike just to ease the pain. Sin has breaks in the rotation where you pool energy and is much easier.
Stay away from Shadow Priests Once your buffs are rolling you can't spam fast enough to keep up. One boss fight will kill my left hand.
Have you tried switching mouse and keyboard around? You could move your keyboard so it corresponds with your other hands position or rebind your keys if the same issue keeps appearing in the future.
That said, Im ambidextrous, and Im not entirely sure how much control you have in your left arm compared to your right.

I love this mouse.
BM Hunter certainly... but! I still like reactive mechanics or at least "dots + filler".
Havoc Demon Hunter. Seriously, never played a class/spec wich has been so easy since Macro Hunter in TBC.

Could try an Xpadder controller setup if mouse and keyboard is hurting you, should be more comfortable anyway. Keybinds no problem, for dps.
