Hello, I have a question about bad luck protection in 7.2 (class specific): Am I fvcked up (as assasination, targeting for boots) for another weeks? 2 days ago I got sephuz. At this moment I have got: zoldyck, insignia, cape, sephuz and cinidaria (1 spec specific and 4 neutral, am I right?). Dont have any other legendaries for other specs.
Is this bad for me if I want to drop boots?

Well, do you have any left for assassination except the boots? To me it looks like the next one will be the boots.

For assasination spec: only boots. But what about Will of Valera, Mantle of Master Assassin, Prydaz and Kil'jeaden? They are avaliable for all specs.

As far as I know (there has been an official Blue Post): If you already have 2 (or more) "neutral" legendaries (like prydaz / insignia and so on), you DONT get the spec based loot bonus!

I don't understand why they won't just give us a loot spec specifically for legendaries.
