[H] <Aeon> - 8/10M - Twilight's Hammer - LF DPS and a healer

Aeon was formed in the summer of 2008 and we've been raiding ever since. Much of our players are long time members, and many have found a longlasting raiding home in the guild. Members in the guild have a voice; things are a group effort and we encourage participation in discussion about how we handle matters. Most of all, our aim is to have a fair, stable, and mature guild where people with similar goals can enjoy high end mythic raiding.

Currently looking for 2 - 3 DPS, 1 healer

• DPS: DK, Mage, Warlock have higher priorities
• Healer: Shaman has a higher priority

All quality applications are welcomed regardless of your class.

Requirements:

• Over 18.
• Can communicate in English.
• Discord + microphone.
• Able to make our raids times of Wed, Thur, Sun, Mon at 20:00 - 23:30 server time.
• Former raiding experience is highly desirable.

What we can offer you:

• A stable guild that has been raiding since TBC
• A goal of being the top guild on the server, with a constant aim to improve
• Fair leadership - no A or B teams, we don't recruit for the bench

What we expect of you:

• You come prepared with consumables and knowledge of the bosses you are about to face
• High Motivation during progress and farm raids
• Know how to analyze logs to weed out mistakes and maximize your own performance on each raid encounter
• Stable internet connection and game performance in raids
• A "team first" attitude

Attitude and commitment are the most important. We do not want people who just log on to farm raids to get loot and then disappear for progression nights!
