So I've leveled mining from 1 to 553 currently and I have not managed to get rank 2 of any felslate items at all.

I have:

Leystone (Rank 3)
Living Leystone (Rank 2)
Leystone Seam (Rank 2)

Felslate (Rank 1)
Felslate Seam (Rank 1)
Living Felslate (Rank 1)

Am I just completely unlucky or is this typical for mining? I can understand not getting rank 3s very fast but strangely I got a rank 3 before the majority of my rank 2s.
