nope it's completely legal to sell human bones here in America there is a store that specializes in it called the Bone Room, I've seen it a few times on Mythbusters when they needed human bones for experiments.

i've seen the bone room on mythbusters too, but i figured that was like older remains and some kind of legal grey area.

oh well, just a neat idea. too bad i probably wouldn't get to see them all fixed up in some morbid display or bejeweled. i mean, i guess i'd need to find a partner with my taste in fashion and art first too.
