does the boss creates less pools with fewer people or they deal less damage? if its the first then whats the max amount of people you can have in order for it to spawn 2 pools?

which boss? - if you mean in general then usually its a mix of both but it very much depends on which boss it is.

i'm not sure if it creates less pools but i imagine there is less damage to split. it's either one or the other

with 10 ppl its 4.7m(ish) damage, so 2 ppl could soak it if needed.. you'll always have enough for that.

The difficutly scaling is pretty retarded on this encounter. There's always 3 Touch of Sargeras voids, and you can always soak them with 2 players, be it 10 or 30man.
