Blocking/Marking Threads ?

I don't want to start off all doucey or whatever you'd call it but I can't think of a better way so here it is.

I visit MMO Champion quite often (although not signed in most of the time) and I keep on seeing certain threads pop up in the Most Recent Forum Post section which I'd rather not see for reasons that I won't say in-case that's against the rules.

What i want to know is this: Is there a way to mark certain threads in such a way so that they don't show up there ?

If you click the "Forum Filters" button you can block off sections of the Forum (ex. Political) so they don't show up on your feed.
