Whats your Favorite Wine

Just seeing what everybody's favorite Wine is??


I love Coonawarra Cabernet Savignons or Barossa or Heathcote Shiraz

But the French claim to have the best wine.???

And French Champagne sells for $60 a bottle.

The Americans make great wine in the Napa valley and make Zinfadel

Love my wines.. I have to taste so many to keep up with things in a month..free wine etc.

I'm honestly a fan of cheap wines. My go-to right now is Gallo White Zinfandel or Beringer White Zinfandel Moscato

I can appreciate a mixed drink every now and then, but can't say I've tried enough wine to have an opinion about it, but all of my previous tastes were less than satisfactory.

There's a winery not far from my house that makes fairly cheap wine I enjoy called Duplin. Definitely not a sommelier or anything, but I enjoy cabernet sauvignon and merlot wines.

Edit: Winery is Duplin, not the wine.

Ribera Del Duero. Favorite winery, Protos or Duron. French wine is overpriced crap about 75% of the time. When you get something good, it's still overpriced.

That's easy: Barolo. Like Châteauneuf-du-Pape a lot too. But I can very well drink some cheap American or Australian red wine.

Kenwood Reserve Zinfandel - year to year this has proven to a solid wine.
Sky Zinfandel - hard to find but absolutely fantastic wine.
Sky Chardonnay - equally as fantastic as their Zin but i haven't seen it in years.
Stag's Leap Cabernet Sauvignon - phenomenal.
Stag's Leap Chardonnay - very solid white wine.
Cakebread Cabernet Sauvignon - phenomenal.
Cakebread Merlot - awesome.

The above is a list of my standard "go to" wines. Over the decades they've all been consistently above average in quality.
