Wheres the best place to look for a static?

I'm currently coming back to the game after 2 yrs and looking for a weekend static on my bard and am not sure where the best place to search for one is

I found mine through the Party Finder, it was a pretty easy experience and had the benefit that you could speak to groups you were interested in right away and get more information/get a feel for what they are like.

Only downside is that people are busy with levelling/clearing/gearing at the moment so there aren't huge amounts of people looking right now. I imagine in about a week when things are settled and people are getting ready for Omega there will be more.
