FFXIV Parses Questions

So, I'm thinking of joining the "dark side" and getting a parser, mostly because i want to be sure I'm pulling my weight as DPS.

Is there any particular ones anyone can recommend that work/look better than others?

You need the setup file and the FFXIV plugin. You may also want to google Rainbowmage for an overlay.
