Specter of Betrayal

I am trying to see how much damage that the proc from Specter of Betrayal is doing. I am not seeing a buff icon or anything in skadda. I looked up the spell id 246463 and tried using that in tellmewhen and still nothing.

Anyone know how to track this?

It's called Dread Torrent and my skada at least shows it so you might want to update.
