Gusts of strong wind would be fun, randomly changing direction.
Or "chaining" everyone in the group together so they have to move around as "one"

I am not against brawls, but with the PVP being as crap as it currently is, brawls are just putting lipstick onto a pig.
Any thought / effort that goes to brawls would serve much better if directed to fixing PVP. I am not going to suggest any brawls at all for this reason. It is a gross misuse of resources to do them.
(Not that I find any of the current brawls much fun. They are meh at best. Half are just bad and it would be better if they didn't exist at all. They aren't good even at lipstick...)

Variation of Strand of the Ancients where it is completely removed from the game altogether.
Set it up so we get non-stop AV like in the old times. Honor comes from participation.
Temple, The Orbs are treated like hot potato and need to be thrown player to player before it kills the player holding the orb. Other players can intercept the pass. No longer double points in the middle.
Deepwind Gorge, Environmentals are added like in Hunger Games. 1. Lightning Storm in the arena, struck by lightning you die. 2.Blood Rain, restore hp in the arena. 3.Poisonous fog seeps the area and creeps towards players. 4.A Wave of high powered, non cc-able Murlocs. 5. Players are treated as smashed, reducing viability and movement keys are reversed. And several more, these just examples.
I'd like to see a variation of "Rumble Fumble" or "Kill Da Man" at Eye of the Storm. Rules are simple: 1) Towers are irrelevant, 2) Hold the flag as long as you can to earn more Honor, 3) When you have the flag you can no longer be healed by your team and become attackable by both sides, 4) Once time is out a side is declared winner by how long their side held the flag, 5) Games are only 2 minutes long but the clock only ticks while the flag is held.
It becomes a game not only about personal skill but an interesting social dynamic as well. Do you let a teammate hold a flag longer for the win? or do you try to kill them for the bonus honor yourself? The general mayhem will be phenomenal!
