2.4 on PTR "very soon" and Warsong changes

Update 00:33 CET - PTR forums are being cleaned, definitely looks good.

Tigole posting something about the PTR being online "very soon" on friday could mean something very good, I suggest that you stay online a few more minutes/hours just in case. ^^

Please be sure to check out Warsong once the PTR is up.

Our goal is to keep the gameplay very similar while breaking turtle-stalemates and excessive flag kiting.
