<Chronic Disorder> is currently recruiting a few classes and specs to ensure our position as a 25 man raiding guild on Turalyon EU (more info regarding recruitment on www.chronic-disorder.com).

Want to have it all?

We’re different from most raiding guilds as we raid during the day. Most of us work shifts, have families or just want our evenings free for other stuff yet don’t want to miss out on the content Blizzard has to offer.

Our raid times are 3pm – 7pm, 4 days a week, reducing raiding hours when content is on farm. Because we raid during the day doesn’t mean we don’t take the game seriously. We expect you to be able to make at least four out of five raids, preferring to keep our total raider pool as small as possible, so we don’t need to bench people each day.

We also expect high standards for our applicants, and although gear is not the most important factor your application and armoury page should reflect your knowledge of your class.

We are looking for intelligent people who are able to react to changes immediately and pay close attention to what is happening around them rather than drooling over recount; people who have an ultimate aim to beat what blizzard has to offer, not to loot everything in sight. If the sole purpose of your time online is to gather as many purples as possible, we don't need you.

So what can we offer you?

• A drama-free environment where people don't leave because they didn't get the latest purple.
• A friendly guild environment in which we try and have as much fun as possible, whilst still making every effort to maintain serious focus during raids.
• We will not shout at you, we will not call you names either because you made a mistake.
• What you will get is direct feedback. If you manage to do something wrong we will tell you, in a polite and friendly manner. Being able to take constructive criticism is important, but this does not mean you will have to endure abusive insults.
  

We know our standards are high, but if you can meet them you will not regret it.
