Cookie Cutter 2h Frost Specc

17/51/3 i believe will be the cookie cutter specc for 2h frost pending if Blizz keeps the frost tree the way it is on the incoming patch. I hoping(praying) blizzard either a) Restores HB as it currently is or b)Takes off CD off HB and keep Black Ice the way it is so we can finally match Unholy 2H. I love the buff to FS btw

I somewhat doubt it. The pet is cool, and it is higher DPS than the blood sub-spec if you can keep it alive, by a fairly considerable margin, while pole humping currently. Pet scales with raid buffs too, likely more than the Blood sub-spec talents.

We'll see as it's too early to tell.
