Hey, just thought ide bring this little gem to all of your attention.
(Nice SoB crit in combat log)
(Crusader strike + SoB crits)
(Taken on a different realm with my real char, and combat log of around 1min 40 seconds)
And the nerf to the judgement isnt as bad as first thought, still getting sob crits on mobs w/o raid buffs and wings for 7-8k and still this character isnt in best in slow gear, far from it :P
Pallys rejoice!
Edit - After more testing on real and test realm i am more than capable of getting 10k crits with Judgement of Blood on Heroic training dummy in live, however the max crits on getting on PTR dummy is 8.1k. I dont think i can get higher than that without any other buffs assisting me.
I still think however the massive dps increase on a seal proc will out weigh this on non gimik fights, but on Thaddius ect we will see a massive decrease because righteous Vengance wont be ticking for crazy amounts, or i could be wrong and the crazy dmg SoB proc can do on there might out weigh the nerf still, only time will tell.
**I also realise test dummys are very innacurate of actual dps, but its the best thing i could find in the time given and its 3 in the blood morning and no1 is on to help me kill real boss' :P**
I realise that 20 isnt a massive number to judge on but thats all i could be bothered to do. All judgements are with self buffs only (blessing of might) and ZERO stacks of vengance.
Obviously RNG plays a massive part in this but the test conclusion is as follows.
Seems to be that the judgements made on this test do not vary massivly, where as the dmg from seal of blood does, (atleast a 120% damage increase) this however is likley to becoming irrelivent soon anyway as people start to do tests on real boss with the relevent raid buffs, but my guess is its an overall damage increase for PVE AND PVP.
Flame away if you want but i think these tests have been fairly conclusive (again not a great test size) but it clearly shows that the judgement damage isnt massivly different from live
