Gaia is a casual raiding guild with a relaxed 3 day schedule. We have a laid back style but clamp down and are serious about raiding.

We are currently recruiting players if a high calibur that understand their class and raid mechanics.

- Shaman - elemental high, enchancement low, resto closed
- Paladin - holy high, ret low, prot closed
- Warlock - demo high, other specs medium and low
- Deathknight - tank high, dps low
- Warrior - closed
- Rogue - closed
- Priest - shadow low, healer closed
- Mage - closed
- Druid - balance low, feral low, resto closed
We will also seriously consider outstanding applications of any class

What we expect of you:
Performance:
We expect you to know your class and be able to maximize your dps/tps/hps whatever it be to the max. This means having the best spec you can to have thee utmost output you can acheive. You must be able to sustain this throughout encounters while still being aware to whats going on around you and not die to fires. We have no time for players who cannot pull there own weight in raids. We will not carry you. You are expected to be aware of whats going on and adapt to any situation that may arise in any encounter, be it a missed assignment or a death. We expect you to adapt to the situation while maximizing your output. You must be aware to all surroundings, You cannot dps if you are dead because you had to tunnel vision your recount.

Preperation:
All raid members are too show up prepared. This means knowing boss strats well ahead of time, being flasked and fully repaired, on vent and ready to go. We expect you to log on a half hour before raid starts.

Dedication:
We only want to recruit raiders who are going to raid with us every scheduled raid. If you cannot attend a raid we expect a post in our attendance forums preferably 24 hours in advanced to adjust for the raid. If you are constantly unable to make these times please do not apply.

Loot Policy:
We use a loot council system voted on by the officers and guild master. Loot distribution is influenced by attendance, Performance, Prior loot received, size of upgrade. Remember loot is not a shiny purple, it as a progression tool. We do not tolerate loot drama, it is distributed for optimal progression.

Recruitment:
Upon being recruited to Gaia, you will be invited on a TRIAL status. This last for 2-4 weeks depending on how much time we need to evaluate you. Trial status does not restrict you from loot and you WILL be eligible for loot on this status. If we find you to be a good fit for the guild we will take you on as a full time raider. As a trial you are expected to have 90% attendance rate as we do not recruit bench spots.

Remember your application is your first impression and will have alot of impact on if we recruit you or not. Anyone can get gear, we are only looking for those with skill. We will put in as much effort into reviewing your application as you do filling it out. If you rush through it, well rush through reading it and decline it. We do not one want one liners in responses to our questions. Put effort into your application so you dont waste our time or your own.
