What should i buy for my heroic badges -> DK-Tank

i have a problem. I cannot decide which item i should buy of the heroic badges.

My stats unbuffed:
31k Health
25,5k Armor

402 Dodgerating; 24,4% Dodge
502 Parryrating; 17,7 Parry
Defense: 542
190 Hitrating; 5,8% Hit
88 Expertise Rating; 3,75% Expertise

or Armory:

Boots:

But if i wear them i get below 540 Defense.

And i have 25 Heroic Badges:
Wenn i buy the ring my defproblems are solved:

but i have 2 pretty good rings:

The other option is to buy the cloak:

but this is just a minor upgrade AND i loose more defense

So what should i do:
i think the best option is to buy the ring but i am not sure. Help would be nice.

Think i would go for the ring, to replace the keystone one. Sorts your defence problems

Buy the ring, and then the cloak.
