Rate the Paladin above you.

Saw this for other classes, thought might as well make one for Paladin (dont know if it has been done for paladins)

1. Evaluate the paladin above you on gear selection, spec, gemming, ect.
2. Possibly give some upgrades and where to get them (also give new gem ideas)
3. Leave your armory down for the next person

This post is new and exciting. And has never been done before on the face of paladin forums ever.


7/10, not enough int gems. and a cheap enchant on a very good mace.

No chest enchant. Too much concern for socket bonuses, no meta.

note: I'd recommend gear upgrades to you but I feel compelled to inform you that I am of the common belief that people who care enough to rate themselves, or promote extra effort to make themselves better are more than capable of using google themselves instead of asking forum users to spoon feed them success. No offense whatsoever. Accross specs it becomes difficult to make a general "rate the paladin" thread unless you specify a holy only or prot only threat for example. Paladins of all shapes and sizes browse these forums, few people know the ins and outs of each spec to the degree that one person does one spec.

8.5/10 u could use a little more expertise imo, but i don't expect u to enchant or gem for it and t 7.5 is a little old school =p

furious cloak today.

2 weeks i will have furious gloves/t 7.5 shoulder.

2 weeks after that i will have furious chest and a deadly ring to replace the hit

other than that, mirror sucks and a few offipieces may or may not be upgraded

8/10 for wayyyy over hitcap lol, a little low on expertise, and caring too much about socket bonuses in pve gear. oh and the tiny amount of arp you have.

i don't go for socket bonuses uneless they are great i jsut conviently put the blue gems i need for my meta into sockets that are blue =)

also armor pen isn't good for pallys

Gear is ok, but way too much hit my friend. So much wasted hit where you could have some other dps stat in its place. Look to replace the pants as soon as possible which I'm sure is on your list of things to do.

Also, stock up on some expertise. 0 expertise makes baby jesus cry.
