DK Burst?

We roll a Unholy/Resto drood in our 2s and most of our games are lasting from anywhere to 30 seconds to 19 minutes in length. I'm unsure of which trinkets or gear I should be using. Im wearing 98% pvp gear at the moment with my greatness deck being the only pve type item. Should I be wearing T8.5 or T7.5 stuff for the crit and dump some of the resil I have? It's insanely difficult to burst down any capable healer with over 1000 resil.

IMO it should be insanely hard to burst down a healer who has over 1,000 resil.
