Yes, a Leveling Question

Before you flame, I have not found any updated leveling guides on the forums -- I did look. So, here goes, I miss the old world and thought it would be fun to level a new toon between raids rather than leveling another alt from 70 to 80. Pallys have undergone significant changes since I last dicked around with one. So, can anyone either (a) give me some spec suggestions; or (b) direct me to an up to date (i.e. post 3.1) leveling guide? Thanks.

Oh, and I know I should probably wait until 3.2 for the mount changes to level a new toon, but I don't mind the extra time and gold for now.

And Tourguide is a great addon. its a nice, up to date, in-game leveling guide.
