I'm no signature expert but I reckon that adding in a border always makes sigs look cleaner. And try looking at some cool fonts you can download for free and see which you like, try using one of them instead of something less 'basic'.

I like it. Check out dafont.com for heaps of really cool free fonts. Play around with overlay and outer glow options to help it pop! Like many tutorials on the front page include dong little background and foreground highlight or shading layers can also help. Maybe it's just my screen but it looks a tiny bit flat. The actual model and bg look really nice! Also don't be afraid to use at least 400*100 size, also I often fnd picking a color from inside my sig for the border instead of black can look nice. A mid green would be nice on yours IMO.
