pictures on the info bars: If i could have like small little animated league characters on them. Prefer renekton,xerath,hecarim,varus,janna,singed,fizz and kassadin. Doesn't really matter what info bar these champs gonna be on.

Pretty much. Think of the TBC box art. where it says "The Burning Crusade" like that but with the green fel flame flowing through it instead of encompassing the text.

I'm horrible at explaining things through text. i'm much more of a vocal person lol.

Guess the best way i could explain it is think of the Infernal/Abyssal demon when its made. with the fire breaking through the rock is the kind of thing i'm looking for.

Your pose: Casting a spell. In that link I provided, there's an animation called "Channel cast directed" that would be perfect.
General colour scheme: Overall I'm a blue (as long as it's not mainly light blue) / blueish purple person, so either of those work. I also like light effects. If you're not sure by what I mean (I'm not sure if that's the right term after all), then I'll leave an image below.
Any extras: The font. I would like it to be kind of metallic and noticeable.

By light effects, I mean stuff like this. While the center is nice, what I want is something similar to the blue lights. If you feel I'm being a bit picky, I can live without some stuff. Keep in mind that if you do decide to use light effects, I do not need it to be that bright. If you think it would look better being that bright, go for it.

He misspoke and is actually talking about his signature, not his avatar. Avatars are 20kb max but they will either give an error or not let you use them if they are too big or they will auto-size themselves to a smaller size to fit. Signatures, on the other hand, will not. The signature he linked is 119kb which is way over 50kb.

I'm out of town on a laptop without my Photoshop atm so I can't resize it for him or I would. Not sure who the original creator was but all signatures made for people in this thread need to be under 50kb or the person who uses it is likely to end up with an infraction for it.

This should be within the limits. I suggest you save it yourself and upload it somewhere (like Imgur) incase I accidentally delete it during a gallery clean-up.
