Tbh, I'm not the biggest fan of facial features (eyebrows, horns, tusks, etc) sticking out. But, really like the look in this. Mainly cause you can look and notice the faction just by the face . Kinda hard to explain, I know.

Really sorry, i got bored and i used to make sigs back in 03 to 06 with the old photoshop, so im a bit rusty and alot of things have changed. :P
I tried gimp and gave this a try, didnt mean to take your request since you claimed it but i thought i'd give it a try

General colour scheme: A mixture of the 3 spec's colors, if possible. Some purple, some blue, some red/orange.
Any extras: Perhaps just some "effects", like some ice in the blue areas, some fire/flames in the red/orange, and I suppose "sparks" in the purple. However, I'd prefer these to be pretty subtle.
