[A] Adrenaline looking for Ranged for hard modes! (EU-Stormrage 25m raid guild)

Adrenaline is one of the top alliance raiding guilds on Stormrage. We're a close-knit group of raiders who aim to clear all content available without a heavy and excessive raid schedule.
The Lich King has been killed and as of next Thursday we start afresh in hard modes (ICC 10 man has started work on hard modes and beaten the first 3 already).

To reach our goal we are looking for new members who are serious about raiding and are willing to do all it takes to make progress as a team, people who still enjoy a challenge and are not tired of the ICC content yet. People who are willing to be part of that team and push through the hard bits without complaining.

We have decided to open recruitment now for the first time in a good few months of stability leaving the door open for applications from the following class/spec combinations:

Melee DPS (1-2)
Ranged DPS (3-4)
Healer (1) - Resto Druid, Holydin or Discipline Priest

For the DPS slots, you'll notice that there is no class and spec breakdown. We want you to sell yourself to us, convince us that we should take you on, whatever your class or spec might be.

We raid 3 times a week and expect you to attend most of those on a weekly basis. Our raid days are Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday from 20.00 till 23.30 server time. On other days we run 10 mans and some fun alt runs.

We expect our members to have optimal raid specs, to come prepared to our raids (tactics, consumables) and to partake actively in forum discussions and the more social aspects of guild life. In return we will provide you with a challenging and serious raiding environment in which we strive to clear all available content while raiding 3 nights a week.
