My guess will be when all of the bosses in the new raid have been released.

When thats been released and people can enter heroic modes means they can release the new VoA boss.

They wont release him untill the loot he drops is available in game aka in heroic raid or arena

Season 7 starts on the 1st. That day the last boss in Coliseum is released and opens heroic versions.

No, you will receive arena points on the 26th, but you'll need to spend them before the next week or they will be reset.

Any rumors about how the gear that costs only honor? I assume it will be identical, IE deadly chest, legs etc and furious bracers, belt etc and no weapons. (Yes I hate arena and love big battles)
