Quick question about my gear

I was just wondering with the gear i have should i get rid of the 25 crit and 25 hit enchant on mainhand and go with the 63 sp enchant with my frostfire build.

FFB requires only 10% hit, concidering u got precision a draenei and a sp/boomkin in the raid/group
so ur right on the cap now without any of those in your grp.
and u dont need 17% for 5mans
and i'd be 0.10% under the hit cap for a 63sp gain, also there is the offhand from badges, and the craftable belt witch would up your hit quite a bit

You should always enchant your main hand or staff with spellpower.
I didn't look at your toon, but things to note are you should never gem/enchant for hit, Always gear for highest spell power. Even gemming for crit isn't really worth it, depends on what gear you got tho.
