Some tips:
(1) Get down two healers first and foremost. Depending on what healers you get depends on which you should get down first. If you have the Pally healer, keep him for last. He is the easiest to keep locked from healing. The priest was the easiest to get down, so he went down first. You should leave one healer up, because at that point the DPS on the raid is more dangerous than the healing.
(2) Have at least 2 players dedicated to CC/locking each of the other 2 healers while you burn the 1st.
(3) Melee seem to favor attacking clothies. Its imperative for clothies to beat feat if they get targeted. Priest fade does drop your aggro from them. Use B&S, Warlock portal, Nova+Blink, etc. Get away at all cost. They will switch targets after a while (approx 5-10ish sec). They also seem to like to run in as a group and focus fire.
(4) Have at least 1 plate wearer dedicated to each melee enemy to keep peeling away from clothies. Deathknights work great for this w/ DG, IC, IBF, and Dark Command. Taunts can be used to keep the mobs' attention, however, it does have diminishing returns so mix it in w/ your stuns, slows, etc.
(5) Dispel. Dispel. Dispel. Dispel the target your focusing, especially HoTs. Power Purge. Dispel your raid members. Having one person dedicated to Mass Dispel is clutch.
(5) Stomp the Totems. Have one person focused on this. Healing Stream is top priority followed by Tremor.
(6) I did not see the Eleshaman or the Retpally. The rogue was our 3rd priority target. Easily 2shots clothies. Hunter was 4th. His explosive shot hits hard. After getting those 2 down... the rest was cake.
(7) Get slows down in the center of the room. Frost Traps, Earthbind totems, etc. It allows your clothies to run through to escape melee.
(9) All players should use CC when they can. AoE fears, sheeps, stuns, etc. The more CC the better.
(10) Basically the fight is won in the 1st 2min. If you can keep your entire raid alive through burning the 1st 2 healers and 2 DPS, you've won. Stacking healers makes this much easier.
(11) Mobs have health anywhere between 1.9-2.5mil.
