I know of this one, big community: http://wowmb.net/
a) Could do with a little adjustment so that you can't tell if your resolution is too high.
b) Every time you use frames and not divs, God kills a kitten.
c) Font choices for body and menu are bleh.
d) Graphics would look nicer if they went right to the edge of the browser, not with a black border on the top and the left.
e) Your gradients don't quite match up between the header and the sidebar.
With a little work, you could have a nice looking site there though. It's just a little tweaking really.
