Gratz with TAJ! I can confirm that H-LDW10 belt is nicely suited for ret pallies and is upgrade over badge plate belt.

The only thing I can think of your gear is that because you are more than 5 points below hit cap, 10hit gem instead of 10crit gem will be ~ 5 dps upgrade for you.
Unless of course you are certain that Draenai is always in your group, which you probably shouldn't since you pugging.
Also, I suppose you have Libram of Three Truths - it's good for trash and it's dps upgrade over i245 libram at stationary fights.

-0.5 I don't get the points in Guardian's Fervor, since it's not really needed on Anub or Saurfang Normal, and on HC it's not that big of a deal now with the 15% buff.

I'm the only one providing AP debuff at guild 10mans, so I don't have points to spec AM.
In this situation spending leftover points on Guardian's Fervor is at least useful sometimes.
No reason to bash other specs really, it was talked over zillion times.

Rawr is more precise than Simcraft (latter is approximation). Not sure about Exemplar spreadsheet and if it modeled as accurately as Rawr.

or you can use the leather badge belt now and ditch 60 hit, getting you close to the hit cap again. since you already have all items you need for ret, the only thing you would need is emblems of frost.

Go for 4pc T10 ASAP. Then drop hit with badge leather belt and you are golden.

Here is mine - farming 11/12 25HC atm, still no 277lvl lol If u will see old libram, it is from Sindragosa heroic due to higher uptime.

Over hit and exp. Change belt for leather one from frosts, craft BS boots without exp. And drop mining, naow.
7.5/10 for mistakes than can be easily solved out
