Over hit and exp. Change belt for leather one from frosts, craft BS boots without exp. And drop mining, naow.
7.5/10 for mistakes than can be easily solved out

Correct me if im wrong, but i believe 21 is the exp cap :P and if i remove the boots, i have 17 exp. And if i were to get any other boots and use SoC glyph, it would be marrowgar25 hc leather ones ;P

or you can use the leather badge belt now and ditch 60 hit, getting you close to the hit cap again. since you already have all items you need for ret, the only thing you would need is emblems of frost.

26 is the expertise cap, not 21. You are still 3 under this cap and with 23 expertise you should be using Glyph of SoV to make up for it. And since you'll be using that glyph, you can continue to drop your expertise to normal levels with gear changes (~16).

hehe gear needs quite some work :P but nontheless quite a good starting kit, u should aim for the t 10 shoulders or the bigger ones from triumph since the t9 4 piece bonus isnt that imba tbh. 6/10 from me :P

Yeah he's an alt I'm trying to turn into a new main, druid is getting old. I should have the shoulders next week which is why I'm still sticking with these even though I'm over hit cap.

May want to change out some 20 str gems for 10/10 str/crit gems. Its a super small DPS increase when the socket bonus gives you 4 str or more.

Other than that, looks good. Enchants. For 10 man progression you seem to be doing pretty well.

Throw out the avenging wrath glyph for the consecration one.

Swap the purple gem in you chest for the prismatic one in your belt, prismatic can go into any slot and make it work.

The meta you need to go for is the 21 agil and 3% crit

vengeance of the forsaken sucks, go pick up the str greatness card if you cant find anything else.

You are massively over the hit cap, get rid of it. You only need 263 hit(8%) You have 395(12%).

Engineering is one of the better high-end professions with JC/BS... especially with abom and Shadowmourne. -1 for not knowing that. :P

Rediculously over hit cap. Get rid of that hit trinket and get a greatness deck or better.

For min-maxing herbalism is bad; and inscriptionist is not a whole lot better.

The blue gem is a better fit in the chest.

5/10 overall.

srsly btw I'll take on that advice, and yes I know im masively over hit caped just geting rid of it is hard when most of 10 man plate has hit...also, the card trinket is bloody hard to get in AH or by drop chance. I'm just gonna wait for that magical trink in icc to pop up

This is for rating you. You'll be rated lower for having that glyph over the conc one... and rated even lower for trying to justify it with a sound file.

Conc glyph gives you better uptime with is a huge mana conservation point. It also removes a number of CD clashes. As for 10k on trash; who cares? It's trash. I can push 30k on trash. :P It's irrelevant.

Conc glyph will be a big help on single target situations. Period.

Loryen: Get rid of that +hit trinket, you are way above the hit-cap (8%), buy a DMC:G or (worse) get a needle encrusted scorpion, despite its not a good trinket its better than yours. another option is the banner of victory.

Gear: Your gear is fine, maybe do a rainbow in your chest instead of 10 stats in gloves, keep on using those str crit gems to get the socket bonuses
your needle trinket probly should be top on ur list of gear to upgrade since arp isnt good
the badge libram is better then the 200str one after 45 seconds of having the stack up but i would focus on tier gear and get the libram last

Enchants: Every enchant is good but as for your haste on cloak question, agi is better dps towards the end tier gear but they are pretty close

Profs: Jc is awesome but mining isnt help you but im sure you alrdy know that

Spec: Glyphs and Spec are perfect but your missing a prot glyph but i wont get into it

hehe cheers man :P yea not doing that bad for just a 10 man guild were on arthas atm shouldn't take us that much longer to get him down after that its time for some hc modes which im really looking forward to :P atm its just getting some frost emblems to alter some minor things in my gearset and get some holy OS loot :P. and im gonna do that tommorow ( the getting some strenght/crit gems and maybe even a strength/ hit gem to make up for the small loss i have atm :P cheers for that advise ^^
