1) I was gonna say go for 10crit/10str in those yellow sockets, but at 45% crit unbuffed, dunno how close you are to the critcap.

1) 45 % is still Miles away (I'm at 55% unbuffed and still far away from the 76% white crit cap) => only in full agi offset and with a crit trinket equipped crit/str gems are no longer worth it.

2) You really need to put 32 AP on your boots, because you're over the hitcap.

Unfortunately I don't have the luxury of rolling on gear as Ret has become my offspec so be gentle on me

Care to clarify? Aside from not taking imp BoM (if you always raid with a fury warrior you can drop it) it's the standard AM ret spec.

Regarding your own armory:
Well, he has low gear, but I assume you cannot help it yet (new char, no guild, many other reasons).
Still, the PvP items are easily replaced (DMC:G instead of battlemasters and that cloak from normal.... HoR I think instead of the furious cloak).

23 haste to cloak is not a huge dps increase. its roughly about 5 (thats what i heard around)

Level up Enchanting (or better still, Alchemy/Blacksmithing).

-1 for points in Divine Int and not Healing Light
