Please stick to the standard cookie cutter specs, since they are standard and cookie cutter for a reason.

your fire PvE spec didn't get Ignite. makes it insta-bad.
PvE Arcane spec isnt terrible, 2 points in fire blast is useless, put em somewhere else. Oh, and you only want 11 points in Frost. Maxxing out Ice Shards is useless, you dont cast anything that benefits. Same goes for frostbite.
