Some items don't load on Armory so I might miss something but:
Expertise gem = meh
Pursuit of Justice

PoJ doesn't stack with run Speed Enchant
T8 Content higher tps with Expertise compared to other stats.

Even strength is better than expertise ... and you shouldn't gem for threat.

i like your gearcombo - & after lookin a second time i figured out why u stacked hit trough gems.
in 99% of all cases thats a big nono imo, but for u its the way to go.
smart endresult all & all

you re using the build i used to tank in, but my healers advised me to loose 5points in divinity (& cause they heal me & know what they talk about i lissend & only used it as filler) - only the seal of command point i really dont get.

so my opinion - good job (cause i havent figured it out yet / accepted reality about STAM4TW )

my guild is hurting right now. Can't progress i ToC hard mode due to MT leaving the game entirely and 3-4 ranged went MIA.

So, here I am being the prot. >.>

I feel your pain my friend. We've hit a few rough patches lately with healers but have been lucky enough to grab some great transfer recruits to finally finish Ulduar. I wish you the best of luck getting back on track. You are mah hero!

Replace your Repeling Charge.
Swap out the ring with no defense.
Put 18 Stam on your gloves.
Change the gem in your neck to dodge/stam.
Get the new libram, it is op.
Spec is alright.

Atleast good gemmed and enchanted, but get rid of the horrible ring and gloves! Also, you don't have to be hit capped.

Defense rating is a great way to get avoidance up considering I like avoidance.

Spec is a little wierd on the Retribution side (1/5 Benediction? Could either take imp. judgement or 1/2 imp. might instead.)

Pretty nice gear! Just a few things i would like to comment on:

Why have you gemmed for parry?
And why not change LOO for LSS with LSS having pretty much a quaranteed 100% uptime + it got buffed just?

Other than that looks pretty solid; but with quite a few upgrades still out there. Clerly i must add that you are focusing on 10 man raids at least in ToC at the moment.

About my talents. I am constantly retalenting for specific encounters and what you see currently is a talent spec for Anub'arak heroic and faction champions. The reason why I don't go so deep into the retribution tree is because I put sufficient threat already. With a Block value libram I have a steady 9K tps which spikes to 12K. Vindication isn't necessary either for me as we got a ret paladin popping it and we got a warrior using thunderclap anyway. Benediction was just a filler, it was either benediction or unyielding faith, or anything stupid in that matter. Also I specced for Seals of the Pure as it is a more reliable source of threat than going for crit chance. Also, if I want to go into the retribution tree to get the crusade talent and crit chance talent I would need 10 points to get to that phase. I would spend 6 of them on "must" things, such as 1 point into improved judgement and 5 points into Deflection, but the other 4 would be wasted on things like Benediction or improved Blessing of Might/Heart of the Crusader ( which is already covered by our Retribution paladin).
About Divinity.... If I'm tanking some hardmodes where the tanks actually take damage, I know that the healers will take 5% additional healing at heart and so do I. Tanking isn't about getting stamina, avoidance and then be selfish about threat and spec fully into the retri tree to show your tps epeen, tps epeen comes without gearing ( and paladin tps is quite easy, relatively). Tanking is more than about yourself, what it comes down to, you make threat to prevent people from getting hit by the boss, you're gearing stamina mainly to make it easier for the healers, bosses don't hit for 50K, right?
Remember when you were in SSC, BT or SWP with a warlock tanking Leotheras, Illidan and the twin Eredars. Why were warlocks tanking them? Sure, they put more threat, but they were easier to heal because of their 20% healing buff. You could say the same of the Divinity talent. You could say that it increases your effective health. And let me be honest with you. 5 points into less chance of dieing or 4 points into pure crap and 1 point to have have a chance to increase your threat? I made my decision.
