arena addon, show when pillar moves

I am looking for a addon that tells me when the pillar moves/water fall down .. But I cant seem to find any.

Any one got a name or a link to one?

The pillars in ring of valor are very predictable, you don't need an addon... the centre ones go up, when they go down the north/south ones are about to go up, just run circles.
