The truth is alot of people didnt see naxx(more than 90% of the then playerbase) i thoroughly enhoyed naxx it was a great starter raid and if the first raid in cata is kara i will be there with my foot hella deep in attunemans ass. Lorewise naxx made perfect sense to revisit for the xpac. You can quit whenever you're ready you fucktard no one is forcing you to play but i have a feelig pou will stick around but you just need something to bitch about.

Naxxramas fits perfectly, if Naxx was just as hard as it was before. I would have loved for it's first appearance to be in WotLK NOT Vanilla.

You can't fucking move Ulduar. The moving of Naxxramas was because the Lich King was in danger and he needed backup from his bff. And the fact the Naxxramas was a floating citadel gave it even more of a reason to move around.

I'm pretty sure the majority of people who were interested in seeing Naxxramas saw it during TBC after they had 10 levels on it. There really is no justification for re-using content the way Blizzard used Naxx.
