Never in the video does he say "When are paladins getting a mortal strike"- He says when is everyone getting a MS since BLizzard is handing it out to everyone, and then mentions he plays a paladin.

German still follows rules without a lot of exceptions like English does.

If you really think German is easier than English, then I dare you to learn it.
We have 3 articles instead of only "the": Der, die, das.
And those articles don't even make sense most of the time.
The sun... is an object, thus neutral. But it's not "das Sonne", it's "die Sonne", female.
You basically have to learn the according article for every friggin word there is.

Actually, English is one of the more Complicated Languages. It has so many words, and so many words that mean multiple words depending on how they are worded, and even more words to replace multiple words in order to shorten sentences, and EVEN MORE words to replace other words in an attempt to add mood to the language.

The Only reason English is easy and others (Such as German) seems harder, is because the general American has spoke English most of his life and thinks nothing of it, whereas he must put more effort out to learn other languages.


An interesting thing to note about English is that because of it's ability to shorten sentences (Ala it's large amount of words), many other languages borrow it for MMO's such as WoW. English words like "Tank" are mixed in with foreign sentences in order to make them shorter and to the point.

Toss in the "Slang" terms that are mixed in with the average vocab and you have quite a hard to learn language (A normal American can understand "Yo" or "Bro" as they've heard most of that their entire life, but someone learning the language would have more problems).

Actually, my friend who is going to be a translator was one of the people who talked to me about what I said. He actually plays with French in several MMOs and they are a prime example of those who use words like "Tank" and mix them in with their sentences to shorten them.
