[A]<Realization> Aerie Peak(TOC25 4/5 - TOC10H 1/5)

Realization was formed to be a Raid Guild with a social element. 10man Raids will be open and loot distributed by Need for main spec, Greed for offspec or Pass. 25 Man Raids will be run using EPGP. The guild will focus mainly on 25 man raids with a much more relaxed approach to 10man instances. Our guild is mainly made up of mature people (18+) with the majority being 25+. This makes raiding alot less stressful and therefore alot more fun.

What we are looking for are mature raid members that can gel with our current team. Attitude is more important than gear, but we still expect people to be hit capped and over 540mba (Item lvl 219or>).

We are recruiting the following classes:

Tank: -
DPS: - Rogue, Warrior and feral Druid (Prefebly Tank O/Spec)
Healer: - Priest Holy/Disc
Warlock- Class Leader

Don't be afraid to make an application even though your class might not be included: Exceptional applications are always considered. Specially if you can challenge our current members.

We expect you to:

- Have very good knowledge of your class, you must know it inside out
- Be active, you're able to raid at least 2 raid days a week
- Be motivated, give every single boss attempt your all without losing focus
- Be prepared, you must always have enough consumables for every single raid, no exceptions
- Be geared, your level of gear must be on par with ours
- Be aware, you must constantly know what's going on around you and adapt to the situation in a logical way, fire/Green stuff ís bad
- Be able to take constructive criticism, and do something with it.

Don't even bother writing an application if:

- Any piece of your gear is not, or not properly, enchanted/gemmed
- Your only incentive to raid is to get as many purple items as possible
- You're going to quit playing in two weeks
- You're a whiner, or just a plain old idiot
- You think your fellow guild members are just tools to get your character kitted out
- You're under 18 years old, or act immature.
- Your caps lock key is often stuck, especially at moment where you are annoyed with something
- Do not have a working microphone and cant use Ventrilo.

Monday: 20.30 - 23.30 *
Tuesday: Day Off *
Wednesday: 20.30 - 23.30 *
Thursday: 20.30 - 23.30 * - 10 mans raids
Friday: 20.30 - 23.30 *
Saturday: Alt Runs
Sunday: 20.30 - 23.30 *

(All times are in Game Time)

* Note: Raids can be extended in favor of progress. If you have to go to bed at 23:30 every day without exceptions, don't bother.
