Dk arena spec

Hi, i'm a dk who is pvping with a shaman ( resto ) in 2v2 ( will later go to 3v3 ) and i was wondering if i could get some help here on my spec since we aint getting over 1700 rating and i want my weapon.

is the new spec i made tonight, only problem i see in there is that i wont have death runes up and im wondering if that actually is gonna get a problem, the good point is good damage mitagation and good burst when needed.

help on gear will be appreciated aswell

A Death knight in arena w/o "Reaping" is like a druid without Cyclone.

Also in this season we have to acually plan our kills better with Strangulate + Gargoyle and other cooldowns, Cant just go in and rape something.

Also Are you using Somekind of Macros? like focus "Gnaw" and focus "deathgrip"?


Last thing is your specc, To be fair its shit.

This is what im using both to be supportive and still have chans to kill something.

harsch but fair indeed, i thought i wouldnt work without reaping, i have it in my current spec as you can see on my armory link .

i will try your spec out BUT, i see improved unholy presence which i presume means that you say that i have to fight in unholy the whole time but im kinda used to blood presence, so can i put those 2 points somewhere else or is unholy presence really needed to make it further? if so plz tell me what that changes exactly in gameplay ^^

and about the timing of strangulate and gargoyle, i know that, the times that we actually win against 1800-1900 rated teams is when i team those 2 well and burst while hex is up on the 2nd opponent or when shocks are ready when being on the healer .

edit: just noticed, those points in improved icy touch in the spec i first posted should have been in toughness o.O dont know why i did that
