Dw frost glyphs and enchants

so i was just wondering if i am right in saying that u use the following glyphs, oblit, icy touch and frost strike
and the following enchants, razorice on main hand (stacks faster), and crusader on oh.
tell me if i am wrong. and ive been pondering wat the best dw frost spec is, frost with/out imp icy talons or pest frost, and is deathchill better to have than 2 points in chill of the grave

FC on your MH weapon and RI on your OH weapon.

could u explain reason behind razorice on offhand and fc on mh

Pretty much a universal rule everyone knows this. Only exception is unholy DW you put FC on both wepaons.

In that same forum there is always a debate going about which sigil to use. I have both Awareness and Virulence and used them both, some fights are better for one while others are better for the other. I really can't find a big enough difference tho to worry about it too much, I roll with virulence all the time now andhave no issues.

which spec is better? howling blast spec (imp icy talons frost/blood), pest oblit spec or imp icy talons with icy touch (frost/unholy)
