    Shield of Righteousness proccing seals?

    Did they sneak this in with patch 3.3, because it seems like before this, ShoR wasn't proccing seal damage.

    and if i remember it help stack SoV, but not sure on that part (since i rarely use a shield except for my weekly 2man Molten core)
